|2 tablespoons||I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread|
Directions: Rinse strawberries, leaving stems on. Pat dry with paper towel and place on rack. Place morsels, whipping cream and butter spread in a bowl and place in microwave on high power for 10-20 seconds. Remove and stir. Microwave at additional 10-20 seconds, stirring until smooth. Do not overcook. Dip each strawberry into the hot chocolate mixture, covering about ⅔ of the strawberry. Place each strawberry on a rack and refrigerate 2-3 hours until set. Serve on plates lined with heart shaped doilies.
