|4||Scallions; coarsely chopped|
|1⅓ cup||Sweetened coconut flakes; toasted, cooled|
|2||Jalapeno peppers; seeded, chopped|
|3 tablespoons||White wine vinegar|
|2 tablespoons||Grated fresh ginger|
|¼ cup||Vegetable oil|
In a food processor puree all the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.
This recipe yields 1½ cups.
