Eric stuart's breakfast omelet/waffle

Ingredients

| 2 | Apple cinnamon waffles | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Butter |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 2 | slices | Canadian bacon; up to 3 |
| 2 | ounces | Cracker barrel; block cheese |
| 1 | cup | Bananas |
| 1 | cup | Blueberries |
| 1 | cup | Strawberries |
| 1 | cup | Apples |
| Maple syrup | ||
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out center of waffles. Melt butter in a saut‚ pan. Place waffles in pan and brown on one side. Flip waffles.
In each center, melt a little butter and crack an egg. Flip waffles. Slice bacon into heart shapes and cook in a separate frying pan. Cover egg with bacon and a slice of cheese. Drizzle syrup on top. Garnish with fruit.
