Nick's coast-to-coast omelet

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Eggs
Dabble of milk
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped green chiles
Bits of American cheese
Italian seasoning

Slightly beat eggs with milk; pour into heated, lightly greased teflon skillet. Sprinkle with all other ingredients. Cook bottom of omelet to a golden color, fold in half & cook until done. Good with hash browns, bacon, English muffins & Bloddy Marys. CPT DANIEL R. NICHOLS
