2Oranges; peel & thickly slice
1Cucumber; unpeeled,thin slices
1Onion; cut in rings
1Poblano pepper; cut in rings
3tablespoonsSesame oil
1tablespoonWine vinegar
¼teaspoonSea salt
¼teaspoonCilantro
¼teaspoonFreshly ground black pepper
¼teaspoonCumin seed
1tablespoonChopped parsley

Directions

FOR DRESSING

1. Arrange the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.

2. Put all dressing ingredients into a bottle and shake them well. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
