Ensalada de naranja, orange salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Head lettuce; shredded
2 Oranges; peel & thickly slice
1 Cucumber; unpeeled,thin slices
1 Onion; cut in rings
1 Poblano pepper; cut in rings
3 tablespoons Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Sea salt
¼ teaspoon Cilantro
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon Cumin seed
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

FOR DRESSING

1. Arrange the salad ingredients in a salad bowl.

2. Put all dressing ingredients into a bottle and shake them well. Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
