1cupCelery -- chopped fine
1Whole green pepper --
Chopped fine
1cupOnion -- chopped fine
1cupCarrot -- shredded
4cupsWater
2tablespoonsSalt
1cupVinegar
1cupWater
2cupsSugar

Directions

mix all veggies together sprinkle w/ 2 tablespoons salt and cover w/ 4 cups of water. let sit for 1 hour then drain. Boil 1 cup water,1 cup vinegar, and 2 cups sugar. let cool the pour over vegetables. mix well and store in glass jars, covered tightly, in refrigerator.
