Ingredients

1cupAM Bulgur Wheat
1cupAM Garbanzo Flour (mixed with...
cupCold water) to...
1cupChopped nuts
1teaspoonSea salt (optional)
1teaspoonSage
1tablespoonAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil

Directions

Drain the cooked lentils and grains. Mix all ingredients together.

Spoon into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30 to 45 minutes. Spoon gravy or catsup over top.
