|1 medium||Onion, chopped|
|1 each||Green pepper, minced|
|3 tablespoons||Butter or butter substitute|
|Salt and pepper|
Brown onion and green pepper in butter. Pour into shallow, well-oiled baking dish. Break eggs. Place on top of mixture. Add seasonings.
