Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Firm tofu; mashed |
1 \N | Green onion; finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | Eggless mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | Pickle relish |
1 teaspoon | Mustard |
¼ teaspoon | Ground cumin |
¼ teaspoon | Turmeric |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 pinch | Salt |
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.
NOTES : Great on whole wheat pita with sprouts (broccoli) Use fat-free mayonnaise
