Eggless salad sandwich

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Firm tofu; mashed |
| 1 | Green onion; finely chopped | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Eggless mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pickle relish |
| 1 | teaspoon | Mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Turmeric |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.
NOTES : Great on whole wheat pita with sprouts (broccoli) Use fat-free mayonnaise
