Missing egg sandwich

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Firm tofu, mashed
1 \N Green onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Eggless mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Pickle relish
1 teaspoon Mustard
¼ teaspoon Each ground cumin, turmeric
\N \N And garlic powder
\N \N Pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread with tomato and lettuce.
