1Green onion, finely chopped

1tablespoonPickle relish
1teaspoonMustard
¼teaspoonEach ground cumin, turmeric
And garlic powder
Pinch of salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat bread with tomato and lettuce.
