Eggless ginger cookies - rolled

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Shortening
1 cup Molasses; baking
1 cup Milk; sour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Ginger; to taste
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Flour enough to roll.

Note: Combine ingredients adding enough flour to roll without sticking to board. Cut, bake in 425 F. oven.
