Egg punch

Yield: 20 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Dwigans fwds07a
2 \N 16 oz cans evaporated milk
4 cups Water
\N \N Sugar to taste
3 smalls Cinnamon sticks
1½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
4 \N Egg yolks -- well beaten
2 cups Vodka

In a saucepan, cook the first 5 ingredients together until the mixture comes to the boil. Lower the heat and cook 5 minutes more, stirring constantly. Remove the mixture form theheat, cool it and put it through a sieve. beat in the egg yolks and put the Stir in the vodka, More can be used if desired. Serve well chilled in punch cups.
