Coffee eggnog punch

| ¼ | cup | Light brown sugar; packed |
| 1.00 | tablespoon | Instant coffee |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | cup | Kahlua |
| ½ | cup | Bourbon -or- brandy |
| 1.00 | cup | Whipping cream |
| ¼ | cup | Powdered sugar |
| 1.00 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
In large mixer bowl, combine eggnog, brown sugar, coffee and cinnamon; beat on low speed until sugar and coffee are dissolved.
Stir in Kahlua and bourbon; chill. In small mixer bowl, beat cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff. Pour eggnog mixture into punch bowl; top with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
