Egg cream #3

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 ounce Vanilla syrup
1 ounce Fox's U-Bet chocolate syrup (up to)
3 ounces Milk
\N \N Cold seltzer from a syphon bottle

Place the syrups in a glass; add milk. Fill glass with seltzer. The amounts are approximate - you may want to experiment.

Most traditional is just to use chocolate syrup, the vanilla/chocolate mix is my own invention.
