Yield: 6 servings
|½ cup||Purple onions -- finely chopped|
|⅓ cup||Fresh dill -- chopped|
|¼ cup||Sour cream|
|¼ cup||Dijon mustard|
|Salt and pepper -- to taste|
Peel the eggs and quarter them. Place in a mixing bowl with the onion and dill. In another bowl whisk together the mayonaise, sour cream and mustard and pour over the egg mixture. Toss gently and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss again. Serve immediately.
