Pickled dill eggs

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Dozen hard cooked eggs
1 medium Onion sliced thin
¾ cup Water
1¼ cup White vinegar
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Dillweed
1 \N Clove garlic halved
½ teaspoon Mustard seed

Pack eggs in jar. In saucepan bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Pour over eggs to cover completely.
