Easy no knead bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 cups Warm water
2 packs Dry yeast
8 tablespoons Sugar
8 tablespoons Shortening
8 teaspoons Salt
6 cups Flour

In large bowl, pour in the 5 cups warm water. Add 2 packages dry yeast.

When yeast is dissolved, add sugar, shortening, salt and flour, Stir in with spoon. Let rise. Spoon into greased pans. Let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 miinutes in large pans; 30 minutes for small pans. Take from pans immediately, brush with butter. Cool on racks. Makes 4 large 9 X 5 loaves or 7 small loaves.
