No-knead whole wheat bread

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Active dry yeast -- quick
\N \N Rising 1/4 oz
1¼ cup Warm water
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Whole-grain wheat flour
1½ cup All-purpose flour

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in honey; add butter, salt and whole wheat flour. beat on low speed until well-blended. Stir in all-purpose flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 min. Stir 30 strokes with a spoon; pour batter into a greased 8 1/2x4½ in. bread pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place until batter reaches edge of pan. about 30 min. Bake at 375 deg. for 30 to 40 min. Cool on wire rack. Yield: l loaf.
