Easy batter buns

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Dry yeast
1 cup Warm water
2 tablespoons Sugar
2½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Shortening

Stir all ingredients together; do not knead. Let rise for 30 minutes.

Punch down and stir. Put in muffin pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
