Easy batter buns

Ingredients

1packDry yeast
1cupWarm water
2tablespoonsSugar
cupFlour
1teaspoonSalt
1Egg
2tablespoonsShortening

Directions

Stir all ingredients together; do not knead. Let rise for 30 minutes.

Punch down and stir. Put in muffin pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
