Eastern sauce - smoke and spice version

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cider or white vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar or brown sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
1 tablespoon Fresh-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne or hot red pepper flakes

Preparation: Combine in a bowl and stir to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
