Dutch meatloaf

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon Pepper
8 ounces Tomato sauce. w/onions
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Mustard
1 each Egg
1 tablespoon Vinegar

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, ½ tomato sauce, egg, salt & pepper. Shape into loaf. Combine remaining ingredients with ½ tomato sauce. Pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis
