Dump it cake

Measure Ingredient
Baking spray -or-
1 tablespoon Shortening -plus-
1 tablespoon Flour
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
1 can (21 oz.) cherry, apple orr other fruit pie filling
1 Box (18.5 oz.) of yellow or white cake mix
1 cup Shelled nuts, chopped
1 cup Coconut, grated
1 Stick butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using baking spray or shortening plus flour, grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. Layer pineapple with juice, the fruit pie filling, the dry cake mix, the nuts and the coconut and top with small pieces of butter or margarine. Place in oven for 1 hour. Check by inserting a weeden toothpick, which comes out clean when done. Remove from oven. Cool and serve. Serves 10 to 12.
