|\N \N||Salt and pepper|
|¼ cup||Olive oil|
|4 \N||Med. onions sliced|
|\N \N||Garlic salt|
|3 tablespoons||Chopped parsley|
|1 \N||Clove garlic crushed|
|1 \N||Green pepper, diced|
|1 \N||(8 oz) can tomato sauce|
Directions: Sprinkle doves inside and out with salt, pepper and flour. Heat oil in skillet and brown doves on all sides. Add tomato sauce, beer and remaining ingredients. Stir to spread seasoning.
Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat 30 to 45 minutes or until doves are tender. Serve over spaghetti.
