Double orange pudding

1 | teaspoon | Orange Rind -- grated fresh |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar -- or substitute |
2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
6 | smalls | Oranges -- peel, section & |

Directions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2 min, stirring. Remove from heat.
Add orange sections and mix gently.
Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls.
Chill.
