Dinner rolls-for bread machine

Yield: 18 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ teaspoon Yeast
¼ cup Sugar
3 cups Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 large Egg
¼ cup Shortening
3 tablespoons Powdered milk
1½ cup Water -- warmed

Put all the ingredients in order into the bread maker. Select the sweet bread/manual cycle for the breadmaker. Only allow it to kneed and rise one time. Grease hands and pinch off pieces and place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Let rise until double. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350
