Dilled meatballs over rice

Yield: 4 sweet ones

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground meat; =OR=-
1 pounds Ground turkey;
¼ cup Onion; diced
½ cup Cold cooked rice;
½ teaspoon Dried dill;
¼ teaspoon Salt pepper;
10¾ ounce (1 cn) brown gravey;
\N \N Hot cooked rice for 4

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except gravy and hot rice.

Blend with hands and shape into 20 meatballs. Arrange meatballs in 10" glass pie plate. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave 4 to 5 minutes, re-arranging meatballs and rotating plate halfway through. Drain off fat.

Pour gravy over meatballs, replace wax paper cover, and microwave 2 to 3 minutes longer, until meatballs are done and gravy are heat through.
