Heat the olive oil in a frypan and add the onion and cook until golden brown. Add the minced meat, egg, tomato ketchup, parsley, paprika and breadcrumbs and mix together very well. Form into balls.
In a saucepan, mix the pasta sauce and cream together. Heat until bubbling then add the meatballs. Simmer for 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve the rice on a plate with the meatballs and sauce on top.
