Tender chicken meatballs and rice

| 1¼ | kilograms | Minced beef |
| 2 | larges | Onions finely diced |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 6 | tablespoons | Tomato ketchup |
| 6 | teaspoons | Dried parsley |
| 3 | teaspoons | Sweet paprika |
| 1½ | cup | Breadcrumbs |
| 1¾ | litre | Tomato based pasta sauce |
| 6 | tablespoons | Cream or sour cream |
| 3 | cups | White rice steamed or boiled |
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a frypan and add the onion and cook until golden brown. Add the minced meat, egg, tomato ketchup, parsley, paprika and breadcrumbs and mix together very well. Form into balls.
In a saucepan, mix the pasta sauce and cream together. Heat until bubbling then add the meatballs. Simmer for 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve the rice on a plate with the meatballs and sauce on top.
