Dietetic strawberry pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Water
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
8 packs Kosher sweetener
1 quart Berries
1 Cooked pie shell
½ cup Instant dry milk
½ cup Cold water
Sweetener to equal 1/4 cup
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Vanilla

DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING

Combine water and cornstarch in pan. Cook until clear. Remove from heat and add gelatin.. Let cool and add sweetener. Stir well. Add berries and place in pie shell.

DIABETIC WHIPPED TOPPING: Combine dry milk and water and chill ½ hour.

Beat at high speed 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and beat on high 4 minutes.

Stir in Sweet One until well blended. Add vanilla. and mix well.
