Deviled eggs with crab

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Fresh; frozen or canned snow crab meat, (up TO 7)
6 \N Hard cooked eggs
3 tablespoons Finely chopped celery
4 \N Heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 teaspoon Finely chopped parsley
⅛ teaspoon Oregano
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
4 drops Worcestershire sauce

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks. Put in bowl and mash well. Add celery, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crab meat and mix well.

Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Chill before serving.
