Stuffed tomato with crab meat

Ingredients

| 6 | Firm; ripe tomatoes, peeled & cored | |
| 1 | carton | (8-oz) small curd creamy cottage cheese |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped green pepper |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | pint | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Bottle (12-oz) chili sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 | can | (6-oz) crab meat; drained, bones removed & flaked |
| 2 | tablespoons | Finely chopped celery |
Directions
CRAB MEAT DRESSING
Peel tomatoes, core them & cut in eighths, almost to the bottom. Drain. Mix cottage cheese with chopped green pepper. Salt & pepper to taste. Stuff tomatoes with mixture & cover with crab meat dressing. Crab Meat Dressing: Mix ingredients together well & refrigerate. Spoon over stuffed tomatoes.
Good on lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Keeps well in refrigerator.
