Deviled meat patties

Measure Ingredient
\N \N -Pam Coombes
1 pounds Ground chuck
¼ cup Chili sauce
1 tablespoon Minced onion
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
\N \N Vegetable cooking spray

Combine ground chuck, chili sauce,onion, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce,and pepper; stir well. Shape into 4 patties.

Place patties on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 inches from heat 4 minutes on each side. Southern Living Annual Recipes 1987
