Deviled eggs

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Large hard cooked eggs
½ teaspoon Prepared mustard
2 tablespoons Mayo or salad dressing
1 each Dash of pepper

Cut eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks and mash with a fork.

Mix in remaining ingredients. Filltes with yolk mixture, heaping it up lightly.
