Desk set oven fried chicken breasts

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
⅓ cup Low-Fat Buttermilk
4 \N Skinned Chicken Breast Halves; (6 Oz)
\N \N Cooking Spray
1 tablespoon Stick Margarine Or Butter; Melted

1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.

Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken.

Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until done.
