Desk set oven fried chicken breasts

| ¼ | cup | Dry Bread Crumbs | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Grated Parmesan Cheese | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried Thyme | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic Salt | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground Red Pepper | 
| ⅓ | cup | Low-Fat Buttermilk | 
| 4 | Skinned Chicken Breast Halves; (6 Oz) | |
| Cooking Spray | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Stick Margarine Or Butter; Melted | 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. 
Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken. 
Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until done.
