¼ cup | Dry Bread Crumbs |
1 tablespoon | Grated Parmesan Cheese |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | Dried Thyme |
½ teaspoon | Garlic Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Ground Red Pepper |
⅓ cup | Low-Fat Buttermilk |
4 \N | Skinned Chicken Breast Halves; (6 Oz) |
\N \N | Cooking Spray |
1 tablespoon | Stick Margarine Or Butter; Melted |
1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish.
Place buttermilk in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in buttermilk; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, breast sides up, in a jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over chicken.
Bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until done.
