Derby pie

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
2 eaches Eggs
1 cup Sugar
⅓ cup Flour
9 eaches Inch pie shell
1 cup Chopped walnuts
½ cup Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Bourbon
Whipped cream (optional)



Beat together the butter, eggs, sugar and flour. Add the walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla and bourbon and stir. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 325-F. Cool, so the pie will set.
