Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Raisins |
1¾ cup | Water |
⅓ cup | Brown sugar |
1½ tablespoon | Cornstarch |
¼ teaspoon | EACH, salt, cinnamon, cloves, dry mustard |
1 tablespoon | Vinegar |
Boil the raisins in the water for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, cloves and dry mustard together. Bring raisins back up to boil, add the sugar/spice mixture, stirring until thickened. Blend in the vinegar. Makes 1-½ cups.
