|6 slices||Bacon; (break into pieces)|
|2 cups||Cubed hash browns|
|½ cup||Green bell pepper chopped|
|¼ cup||Onion - chopped|
|1 cup||Cheddar cheese|
|¼ teaspoon||Black pepper|
In a large skillet fry bacon until crisp, drain and leave 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings. Add potatoes - cook till brown then add peppers and onions and cook about 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and stir until cheese melts. Break eggs into skillet, add the seasonings and stir gently.
Cook mixture until eggs are done. Sprinkle top with bacon pieces and serve.
