½cupMilk OR
½cupLow-fat yogurt
1teaspoonHoney, sugar or maple syrup
1tablespoonNatural bran

Directions

1>. Combine banana, milk, honey and bran in blender or food processor.

Whirl until smooth. Pour into tall glass.
