Ingredients

| 1 | each | Onion finely chopped |
| 4 | eaches | Cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| 3 | larges | Green chillies, seed and sliced thinly diagonally. |
| These can be any \"hottness\" you desire. | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground coriander |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 2 | eaches | Ripe tomatoes, blanched, skinned, seed and chopped roughly. |
| 1 | pounds | Fresh green beans, washed, trimmed and halved. |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| pinch | Of salt | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh cilantro, chopped. |
| 1 | each | Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the onion, garlic and green chiles, |
| Stirring constantly for 2 minutes. | ||
| 2 | eaches | Add the coriander and cumin, stir, then add chopped tomatoes and beans. |
Directions
