Ingredients

1eachOnion finely chopped
4eachesCloves garlic, finely chopped
3largesGreen chillies, seed and sliced thinly diagonally.
These can be any \"hottness\" you desire.
1teaspoonGround coriander
½teaspoonGround cumin
2eachesRipe tomatoes, blanched, skinned, seed and chopped roughly.
1poundsFresh green beans, washed, trimmed and halved.
½teaspoonSugar
pinchOf salt
2tablespoonsFresh cilantro, chopped.
1eachHeat the oil in a pan and stir fry the onion, garlic and green chiles,
Stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
2eachesAdd the coriander and cumin, stir, then add chopped tomatoes and beans.

Directions
