Date filling for hamentaschen

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Walnuts |
| 2 | cups | Pitted dates |
| ½ | cup | Sultana raisins |
| 1 | teaspoon | Grated lemon rind; if desired |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Steel Knife: Chop walnuts coarsely, about 4 or 5 seconds. Empty bowl.
Process dates with raisins, rind and cinnamon until minced, about 15 to 20 seconds. Add nuts with 1 or 2 quick on/off turns.
Yield: about 2 cups filling.
May be prepared in advance and refrigerated or frozen.
