Directions
Cream shortening, add sugars gradually, blending thoroughly. Add eggs, beat thoroughly. Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with beer, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Turn into greased 8x8x2" pan.
