5 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | White vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
1 cup | Cold water |
Mix to-gether the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make three holes in the mixture, put oil in one, vinegar in one and vanilla in one. Pour water over all and stir until just mixed. Pour batter into greased 8 inch pan bake in 350 oven 25-30 minutes. Frost or serve with sweetened whipped cream or non - dairy whipped topping.
