Curried lettuce salad

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons Purchased mango chutney
1 tablespoon Milk
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
4 cups Purchased mixed salad greens
⅓ cup Raisins
¼ cup Dry-roasted peanuts

DRESSING

SALAD

In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss to combine. Add dressing; toss gently to coat.
