Curried green bananas

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Green bananas
1 cup Coconut milk
2 tablespoons Curry
1 ounce Margarine
1 teaspoon Hot sauce
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
1 \N Beateb egg
\N \N Boiled rice

from: Caribbean cookbook by Rita G. Springer Fry curry in margarine for 2 minutes. Peel and slice bananas, place in margarine and curry and brown lightly. Add pepper, salt and coconut milk and simmer gently for ½ hour. Stir in beaten egg. Serve with boiled rice.
