1 large | Apple; cut into 1/2 inch pieces |
2 smalls | Peaches; into into 1/2 inch pieces |
¾ cup | Chopped celery |
1 \N | Green onion; sliced |
1 cup | Nonfat plain yogurt |
1½ tablespoon | Chopped chutney |
1 teaspoon | Curry powder |
\N \N | Boston or leaf lettuce |
2 tablespoons | Slivered almonds |
From: Cheryl Miller <csmiller@...> Date: Wed, 26 Jun 1996 21:44:50 +0000 Stack beef slices; cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1½ inch wide strips. In large bowl, combine beef, apple, nectarines, celery, and green onions.
In small bowl combine yogurt, chutney and curry powder until well blended.
Add to beef mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
To serve, arrange lettuce on serving platter; top with beef mixture.
Sprinkle with almonds. Serves 4.
