Curried broccoli spears

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Broccoli spears frozen in
\N \N Butter sauce
3 ounces Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Milk
1 teaspoon Instant minced onion
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
1 \N Hard cooked egg, chop

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Partially open pouches; drain butter sauce into small saucepan. Add cream cheese, milk, onion and curry. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
