Broccoli spears with saucy hummus

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Saucy Hummus;, (below)
1½ pounds Broccoli spears
1 cup Canned garbanzo beans
½ cup Yoplait® Original plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Packed fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon Lime juice
¼ teaspoon Salt

SAUCY HUMMUS

1. Prepare Saucy Hummus.

2. Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.

Add broccoli.

3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until stems are tender. Serve sauce over broccoli.

Saucy Hummus: Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and process or blend on high until smooth.

1 Serving: 120 calories (20 calories from fat); 2 g fat (0 g saturated); 0 mg cholesterol; 320 mg sodium; 23 g carbohydrate (7 g dietary fiber); 10 g protein.
