Cucumber-onion salad

| ½ | cup | Tarragon vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | cup | Dairy sour cream |
| ½ | cup | Tarragon vinegar |
| Chives; chopped, garnish | ||
Directions
PEPPER SOUR-CREAM DRESSING
Peel onions and cucumbers, and cut into wafer-thin slices. Cover with salted ice-water and let stand in refrigerator for several hours. Drain, and add ¼ cup water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Cucumber-Onion Salad With Sour-Cream Dressing. After draining vegetables in recipe above, add ½ cup dairy sour cream and ½ cup tarragon vinegar.
Garnish with chopped chives.
