½ teaspoon | Baking soda |
¾ cup | Butter or margarine |
1½ cup | Chunky-style peanut butter |
1 cup | Granulated sugar |
1 cup | Firmly packed light brown sugar |
1 large | Egg |
12 ounces | \"M&M's\" Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Baking Bits |
Preheat oven to 350øF. In a small bowl combine flour and baking soda; set aside. In a mixing bowl cream butter, peanut butter and sugars; add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Blend in flour mixture just until combined.
Stir in "M&M's"r Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet; press very lightly to flatten using the back of spoon. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden in color. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets; remove to wire racks until completely cooled. Store in tightly covered container.
