Crunch salsa

½cupDiced seeded peeled cucumber
¼cupDiced red onion
2tablespoonsChopped fresh cilantro
1smallJalapeno chili, seeded, minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt.
