Crockpot veal scallopini

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Veal cubes
¾ cup Flour mix*
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ cup Oil
4 cans Sliced mushrooms** 16-ounce can tomatoes
2 smalls Onions, thinly sliced
1½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Leaf oregano
1 small Clove garlic, minced

INGREDIENTS

*Add 1 tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper to flour **drain mushrooms Directions: Roll veal cubes in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil until well browned. Put into CROCK-POT. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir together well. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours Serve over rice or fettucini. From Rival Crock-pot cook book, date unknown
